Alexis Meis

Alexis Aloris Meis, 25, of Simi Valley, California died May 20, 2021 in Fort Wayne, IN. Alexis (Lexi) was born June 18, 1995 in Simi Valley, CA. Lexi is survived by her parents, Robert and Lori Meis; her two sisters, Sara (Alex) Gordon and Clare Meis; her brother, Robbie Meis; her grandparents, Mike and Aloris Alfaro; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Lexi was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob and Margaret Meis. There are many words to describe Lexi: loving, charismatic, sensitive, witty and funny. Her laugh was infectious, and her smile could light up a room. At the core of her heart, she put all others before herself. Lexi was and always will be profoundly and unconditionally loved by her family and by God. A funeral mass will be at 10:30am on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Saint Vincent Catholic Church, 1502 Wallen Rd. with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery.
