Arlin D Filler

Arlin D. Filler, 91, of Fort Wayne,  died March 24, 2021 at Parkview Memorial Hospital.  Arlin was born August 5, 1929 in Fort Wayne, and was the son of the late Orville and Florence Filler. Arlin served our country in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was senior plumber at  Midwestern Mechanical Contractors, and a member of the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local #166.  He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Marclyn; sons, Kenneth (Virginia) Filler of Auburn, IN, Craig (Gloria) Filler of Fort Wayne, IN, and Jeffrey (Denise) Filler of OH; 8 grandchildren and great grandchildren; son-in-law, Kevin Smith; . Arlin was preceded in death by his daughter, Arlene Smith. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm, Monday, March 29, 2021 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave with calling from 11 am to 1 pm prior. Face covering is required and social distancing will be followed.  Entombment will be in Catholic Cemetery,  Fort Wayne. Memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
