Benjamin D. Oser

BENJAMIN D. OSER, 30, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a son of Alan Oser and Monica Bear Watts. Benjamin graduated from Carroll High School in 2010. Benjamin loved the game of baseball, his favorite team was the New York Yankees. He loved them so much he named his cat Jeter. More than baseball, he loved his grandma and grandpa Bear. Benjamin enjoyed cooking, music, coaching his son, Cameron, in baseball and also raising his youngest son, Oliver. Benjamin married his soulmate, Mandee Alana Oser. His family was his world and he was loved deeply by his younger siblings Jacob and Zoe Oser. Benjamin had a huge heart for all of his family and friends. Benjamin is survived by his wife, Mandee; sons, Cameron and Oliver; mother, Monica (Chris) Watts; grandparents, David and Mary Bear; brother, Jacob; and sister, Zoe Oser.  Benjamin was preceded in death by his father, Alan Oser. A Celebration of Life is 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., with visitation 30 minutes prior. Visitation also from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, 2021, at the funeral home. Private burial will take place at a later date.
