Breael Lene Hayes

Breael Lene Hayes, 19, of Fort Wayne, went home to the Lord on Thursday, September 9, 2021. Breael is survived by her parents Danelle (Shaun Anderson) Evans and Brandon Hayes; sisters, Maresha Boyd, Paige Anderson, Faith Anderson; Brother, Jashawn Anderson; grandmother, Carla Evans; grandfather, Ronald (Dora) Hayes; uncles, Jasen Evans, Ronald Hayes, Jr., William Ryan; aunts, Neaveh Evans, Colleen Evans, Malissa Odem. Breael was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Dan Atwell Evans. 

Funeral Services will be 1:30pm Monday, September 20, 2021, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Pastor Dr. Michael A. Griffin will officiate.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.  Family Request that mask/face covering be worn.
