Claire K Oberle

Claire K. Oberle, 81, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on September 9, 2022. 

Claire was born August 22, 1941 in Hamlet, NE, a daughter of the late Guy and Eva Kidd. 

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and worked as an Accountant for 25 years. In her spare time she enjoyed painting, sewing, knitting, sight seeing and travel, and watching her grandchildren's sporting events. She will be remembered as the devoted wife, mother and grandmother she always was. 

Claire is survived by children, Don (Tiffany Carr) Oberle, Eileen (Jason) Hakey; grandchildren, Matthew Schnorr, Skyler Hakey, Coral Hakey, and Eva Oberle.

Claire was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Edwin Oberle. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, September 23, 2022 with calling one hour prior at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1502 E Wallen Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. 

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 pm Thursday, September 22, 22022 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne 46805, with a vigil service at 4:30 pm. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN.
