Darrick Snyder

Darrick Snyder, 58, of Fort Wayne passed away July 27, 2022 at home surrounded by his family after a 6 year fight with kidney cancer.

Darrick was born May 11, 1964 in Decatur, IN. He graduated from ITT Tech Class of '99 and was a Mechanical Designer at JCR Automation Inc. 

With his wife by his side, Darrick was an avid race fan and loved the outdoors, travel and riding his Victory Kingpin motorcycle. 

Darrick is survived by his wife of 32 years, Karla Snyder; children, Alec and Rachel Snyder;  sisters, Dawn (Lewis) Gwinn, Denise Donley; brothers, Darin (Chris) Snyder, Duane (Martha) Snyder; and mother, Sharon Snyder.

Darrick was preceded in death by his father, Gorden Snyder. 

Funeral Service will be at 10 am on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, with Richard Hartman officiating and calling one hour prior at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 on Monday, August 1, 2022 also at the funeral home. 

Memorial contributions may be made to Parkview Cancer Institute. 

Entombment will take place in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN.
