Eugene "Gene" R. Brames

Eugene R. Brames, 87, of Fort Wayne died Monday, May 9, 2022.  Eugene was born in 1934 in Fort Wayne.  He graduated from Central Catholic High School and was an United States Army veteran. Gene retired from Dana Corp. after 49 years of service. 

Eugene is survived by his brother, Robert (Barb) Brames; sisters Dorothy Vevia, Lois (George) Neuhaus, Judith Lortie, Sharon (John) Fosnaugh. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents Benedict and Luella Brames; brother Richard Brames and sister Patricia Snow.  

Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Tuesday May 17, 2022, calling one hour prior at Divine Mercy Funeral Home 3500 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne. Visitation will also be held 3-7 pm Monday May 16, 2022. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
