George Lindsay Barker

George Lindsay Barker, 76, of Fort Wayne died May 18, 2021 surrounded by his family. George was born to the late Harry and Dorothy Barker on June 16, 1944 in Irwin, PA. He graduated from Ohio State University, received his MBA from Ashland College and was a successful business owner for over 30 years.   His interests included the restoration of old cars with his best friend, Mike.  He was a member of the Porsche Club and enjoyed driving cars at the track, sailing, traveling and spending time with friends. Most of all, George loved his family and friends.  He is survived by his wife of 34 years Ann Barker; daughter Rebecca (Bryan) Story; sons Christopher (Cathy) Barker and Brian (Laura) Barker; sister Ali Brock and 4 grandsons Kellen, Quinn, Jack and Kyle. He was preceded in death by his brother Charles Barker. Memorial Mass will be 12 pm, Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Saint Peter Catholic Church, 518 E Dewald with calling one hour prior.
