Jean M. Robinson

Jean M. Robinson, 95, of Fort Wayne died Friday March 3, 2023 at Saint Anne Home. She was born June 24, 1927 in Fort Wayne, the daughter of (the late) Joseph J. and Thresia M. (Adamski) Schrimp. She graduated from Central Catholic High School with the Class of ‘45 and on November 27, 1947, Jean married James J. Robinson, who preceded her in death on December 11, 2016 after 69 years of marriage. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was steadfast in her faith, praying the Rosary daily. She was devoted to her family & friends, and also enjoyed gardening & cooking.  Jean is survived by her children, Mary Robles and Diane Robinson, both of Fort Wayne, Laura Frederick of Angola, Steve (Lulu) Robinson of Minneapolis, MN and Jim (Angela) Robinson in Florida; 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. In addition to her parents and her husband, Jean was also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Richardson and a son-in-law, Dennis Robles. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00am Wednesday March 8, 2023 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 2213 Brooklyn Ave, Ft. Wayne, IN 46802. Visitation is Wednesday from 10-11am in the church.  Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
