Joseph A "Andy" Hobbs

Joseph A. "Andy"  Hobbs Jr., 78, of Fort Wayne died September 22, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN. Joseph was born July 5, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN and was the son of the late Joseph Sr. and Jean Hobbs. He served our country in the U S Navy and was an elementary teacher for FWCS for many years. Joseph was a member of the American Legion Post 47 and the Mizpah Shrine. Joseph is survived by his wife of 55 years, Juanita; daughter, Jennifer (Jason) Todd of Fort Wayne, IN; son, James M (Maggie) Hobbs of Spencer, MA;  grandchildren, Jasper, Kelsey, Michael and Jessica; great grandchildren Alaiah, Maverick and Nova; siblings Mary (Bill) Foppiano, Marjorie (Paul) Schoenauer, Sylvia (John) Holloway, Tom (Patti) Hobbs and Billy (Erin) Hobbs. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 1 pm to 3 pm, Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery,  Fort Wayne.
