Juan Hernández Carbajal

Juan Hernández Carbajal, 70, of Fort Wayne died December 3, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. Juan was born March 30, 1951, in Zapotlanejo, Jalisco, México. He was a member of Saint Patrick Catholic Church Fort Wayne.  Juan was a soccer referee for many years, for leagues here in FW. He enjoyed traveling.  Juan is survived by his two brothers and one sister: Rev. Camilo Hernández Carbajal, Andrés, and Carmelita.  Many nephews, and nieces in the US and in México. Juan was preceded in death by his father, Eulogio Hernández Carmona; Mother María de Jesús Carbajal Landeros, and brother, Obdulio Hernández Carbajal.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am, Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Saint Patrick Catholic Church Fort Wayne, 2120 S. Harrison St. with calling one hour prior. Burial will be in Cementerio La Purisima, Zapotlanejo, Jalisco, México.
