Kay Lynn Keplinger

Kay Lynn Keplinger, 55, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away suddenly on July 28, 2022. Kay was beloved by her partner of 18 years and by all of her family and all of her friends. Kay was a loving Mother and a devoted Grandmother.  She was very proud of her 36 years accumulated with General Telephone, Verizon Wireless and Frontier Communications.  Kay is survived by the love of her life, Jeff Kapperman, Daughters Brooke (Tim), Lauren, and honorary daughter Ashley. Grandchildren Colton, Arianna, Paisley, Adilynn, Kaylie, Serenity and Sophie.  Brothers and Sisters Bob (Jeanne), Diane, Patty, Rick (Donna) and Jim (Wendy), Aunt Elaine, and Several Nieces and Nephews and Several Cousins.  Kay was preceded in death by her Grandparents, her Father Bob Sr., Mother Shirley and Sister Karen. 

Preferred attire is casual and / or Notre Dame.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave with calling one hour prior. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm with a rosary at 3:30pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery. Preferred Memorial to C. S. Motts Children’s Hospital, Nephrology, Ann Arbor, MI.
