Kevin George Laisure

Kevin George Laisure, 67, of Fort Wayne entered his journey into eternal life on March 9, 2021.  Kevin was born July 30, 1953 in Fort Wayne and was the son of the late Ronald E and Genevieve Laisure. He was a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School Class of 1971, and Indiana University, Fort Wayne in 1977. He was a lifelong fan of Notre Dame football and the Chicago Bears. Kevin retired from Salon Centric after 42 years of making the world a more beautiful place. He was a very active member of St Jude Catholic Church, serving as a sacristan and lector and participating in the Knights of Columbus and CRHP.  Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Carol; children, Christopher (Jessemie) Laisure of Indianapolis, IN, Benjamin Laisure of Woodburn, IN, Molly Laisure of Fort Wayne, Kevin Laisure of Indianapolis, IN, Claire Laisure and  Anna Laisure both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Aurie, Brayden, Isabelle, Remy and Halas; sister, Enid Laisure of Fort Wayne, IN and many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am, Monday, March 15, 2021 at Saint Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Dr with calling one hour prior. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 14, 2021, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne with a vigil at 3:30 pm. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorial contributions may be made to Bishop Dwenger Stadium Fund or St Jude Tuition Assistance .
