Linda Susan Gasparini

Linda Susan Gasparini, 69, of Fort Wayne died unexpectedly on April 24, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. Linda was born April 24, 1952 in Fort Wayne. She was the daughter of the late Richard and JoAnne (McGary) Wiltshire.  Linda grew up in Fort Wayne, graduated from Bishop Luers High School and attended Indiana University, Fort Wayne Campus.  She lived in New Castle, IN for many years where she raised her beloved sons.  Linda eventually moved back to Fort Wayne and recently retired from Lifeline Youth and Family Services.  She became a trained volunteer for Allen County CASA, was an avid genealogy enthusiast, loved gardening, and was an absolutely wonderful cook.  She was most proud of being a mother to her sons and never ended a phone call to them or her siblings without saying "I love You".

Linda is survived by her sons Andrew (Jill Kilgore) Gasparini, Nashville, TN and David Gasparini, New York City, NY; sisters, Julie (Bruce) Ottenweller, Fort Wayne, IN, Dianne (Patrick) Michaels, Fort Wayne, IN, Sheila (Jack) Bradley, Fremont, IN, Tery (Allen) Alfred, Sunnyvale, CA, Amy (Brian) Resler, Indianapolis, IN, ; brothers, Dan (Gina) Wiltshire, Santa Clara, CA, Jim (Mary) Wiltshire, Placerville, CA; Aunt, Patricia McGary, Fort Wayne, IN and her dearly loved friend Mark Ford, Fort Wayne,IN and many cousins, nieces and nephews.   

A memorial gathering will be 11:30- 1:30, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne. Face mask/covering required.
