Lois Rose Faurote, 90, of Fort Wayne died March 15, 2021 at Saint Anne Home. Lois was born October 20, 1930 in Decatur, IN and was the daughter of the late Alexander and Leota (Johnson) Scheiner. Lois is survived by her daughters: Sandra (Michael) Osterman of Rogers, AR, Rebecca Elswerky of Lexington, KY, Amy Faurote and Sarah Faurote of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren: Marriam (Brian Boulos) Elswerky of NYC, NY, Noël (Corey) Mesmer of Lexington, KY, Paul (Lisa) Osterman of Indianapolis, IN, Peter (Jennifer) Osterman of Lafayette, IN and John (Paige) Osterman of Fort Wayne, IN; great-grandchildren: Ellen, Owen, Harper, Olivia, Edward, Elliot, Christopher and Sophie. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Faurote and brother, George Scheiner. A private Mass will be held. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
