Nancy J. Eifrid

Nancy Eifrid, 85, passed away early Wednesday morning, Nov. 10, 2021, after a brief hospice stay. Nancy grew up in Ft. Wayne and was the daughter of the Late Dr. Joseph Lill and Loretta Graf Lill. She attended St. Johns Elementary and Central Catholic High School. She married out of high school. She worked various jobs but among her favorite were serving lunches at St Vincent de Paul and working at Hall's Restaurants. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.

She had a strong devotion to her Catholic faith and for the Right to Life movement. She was a life time member of  Right to Life of Northeast Indiana. She believed that all life was sacred and will be remembered for her devotion to the unborn and the aged. She also taught Sunday school and Catechism classes. 

Nancy is survived by her children Joseph Eifrid, Jr. (Maria) of Fort Wayne and Sara Mcfarland (Harold) of Lakeland, FL.; grandchildren, Luke, Brother Jacob, Rachel, Tori, Matthew and Michael; great- grandson Wyatt; sisters, Charlotte Nill and Suzanne Steel; and step grandchildren Michael and Austin Mcfarland.

She was preceded in death by her Husband of 47 Years, Joseph Eifrid Sr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 Friday, November 19, 2021, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Rd., with visitation one hour prior. A Rosary Service will be held at 9:00am.  Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery.
