Patricia L. Plazek

Patricia L. Plazek, 79, of Fort Wayne died January 21, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Patricia was born May 4, 1942, in Fort Wayne, the daughter of the late Harvey and Betty (Heffelfinger) Bell. She married Ronald Plazek, who survives, on May 4, 1963. She was a member of Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.  She loved spending time and shopping with her granddaughters. Patricia loved to play golf and cards with her friends and was very active with the class reunions at Central High School. Patricia is survived along with her husband, by son, Paul H. (Kim Binder) Plazek of Albion, Indiana; brother, Barney E (Marcia) Bell of Goshen, Indiana; sister, Iva Parrish of Charleston, South Carolina; 2 grandchildren Tara-Plazek (Ethan) Held, Tess E. Plazek, great-granddaughter Ryan Held. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave with calling one hour prior. Visitation also Tuesday, January 25, 2022, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm, at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery Fort Wayne. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
