Phyllis E. Murphy

Phyllis E Murphy, 96, of Fort Wayne went to her heavenly home on Monday, September 27, 2021 at St. Anne's Home. Phyllis was born in Fort Wayne and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Polish National Alliance, D.C.C.W. and a Volunteer at St. Joseph Hospital for many years. She retired from NIPSCO after 30 years. She was an avid sports fan and loved to read.

Phyllis is survived by sisters, Frances (Paul) Braun of Fort Wayne, IN and Loretta (Edward) Holmes of Palm Coast, FL; granddaughters, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephew.  Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Lillian Palisieski, husband, Philip V. Murphy; sons, Stephen, Michael and Mark Murphy.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am Friday, Oct. 1, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 2213 Brooklyn Ave. with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery. 

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne's Home, Masses or Redeemer Radio.

Family requests face coverings/masks be worn.
