Regina "Jeannie" Schowe

Regina "Jeannie" Schowe, 91, of Angola died October 29, 2021. Jeannie was born in Fort Wayne and was a homemaker and shift manager for 15 years at Gridcraft Inc.. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother and devoted catholic.  She enjoyed her home at the lake and spending time with family along with waterskiing, golfing and playing badminton. Jeannie was the inaugural dodgeball coach at St. Vincents with her team winning the first trophy in the sport for the school.

Jeannie is survived by her husband Raymond, sons, Jerry (Carol) Schowe and Terry (Carolyn) Schowe; sister Dodie (Paul) Daily; four grandchildren, Kate (Joe), Scott (Zoe), Anna and Jessica and one great grandson, Emmett.   Jeannie was preceded in death by her brothers, Bob Bobay, Dick Bobay and sisters Mary Fitzgerald, Tootie Derck and Ginny Amstutz. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am Wednesday Nov. 3, 2021 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with calling one hour prior. A Rosary Service will be held at 9:30am. Burial will be in the St.Vincent de Paul Cemetery.
