Shelia Zoretich Obituary

Shelia A Zoretich, 74, of Fort Wayne, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020 at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a 14 year battle with metastatic breast cancer. Shelia was born April 18, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN and was the daughter of the late Eugene and Louise Ripberger.  She graduated from Ben Davis High School class of 1963. She worked at Indiana Bell Telephone and General Motors in Indianapolis, and was a realtor for Coldwell Banker Graber Realty, Fort Wayne and her favorite job was a sales associate at Stein Mart. She was a very devoted member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and WINGS. Shelia was passionate about her love of Jesus Christ and her Catholic faith. She will miss her devoted family, friends and neighbors who came to comfort and support her with media, visits, prayers and cards during her time of need. We will forever miss her ever present smile, her contagious laugh, and her eternal optimism and love for all. Shelia is survived by her loving husband of  38 years, Michael Zoretich; daughters, Gina (Mark) Heirbrandt of Westfield, IN and Angie (Timothy) Beaumont of Fort Wayne, IN; son, Michael (Jessica) Zoretich of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren Elianna, Zachary, Blake, Brooke, Ethan, Evan and Sophia and 4 great grandchildren; sister, Sharon (Mike) Mosher of Deltona, FL; brother, Robert (Joella) Ripberger of Avon, IN.  Shelia was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Ripberger.  A Memorial Mass will be 10:30 am Friday, June 12, 2020 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1502 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne.  Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery,  Fort Wayne. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fort Wayne Rescue Mission or the Community Harvest Food Bank.
