Suzanne C. (Bettag) Giese

Suzanne C. Giese, 77, of Fort Wayne passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Suzanne was born September 18, 1943 in Jasper, IN a daughter of the late Stephen and Virginia Bettag. She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1961.  Suzanne worked for 32 years at Orthopedics Northeast.  She loved to read, travel and spend time with family. Suzanne is survived by her husband of 57 years Richard; children, Anton R. (Debbie) Giese, Danielle S. (David) Altekruse, and Jennifer S. Ross; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am, Thursday, January 14, 2021 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 518 E Dewald with calling one hour prior. Visitation also Wednesday, January 13, 2021, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave.  Face covering required.  Entombment will be in Catholic Cemetery.
