Tamara Ann Boltin, 57, of Fort Wayne died January 31, 2021 at, Fort Wayne, IN. Tamara was born July 8, 1963 in Fort Wayne. She will always be remembered for her spunky and fun loving personality. Tamara is survived by daughters, Emma Boltin of Whiting, IN; Jessi (Justin) Rodenbeck and Faith (Coleton) Terry; sisters Roseanne Bell and Patricia Adlawan; brother John Bell; grandsons, Owen, Macks, Henry, Nolan, and Leonard and granddaughter, Anastasia . Tamara was preceded in death by her father Frank Bell; mother Violet McNeil and her brother, Carl Bell. Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm, Friday, February 5, 2021 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave with calling one hour prior. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Funeral Home, Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
