Thaddeus J. Art

Thaddeus J. Art, 57, of Kendallville, passed away on April 16, 2022.  Thaddeus was born to James and Nancy Art on March 21, 1965 in Celina, OH.  He attended Bishop Luers and Paul Harding High School and went on to earn an associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, which allowed him to work as an industrial electrician throughout his career.  He loved hunting, fishing, camping, travel, photography, and spending time with his family.  Thaddeus is survived by his two sons, Thaddeus Art II, and Austin Art; mother Nancy Art; brothers Nathan (Kathy) Art, Jeremy Art, Jason (Ann) Art, Joshua (Tracy) Art, and Lucas (Delanie) Art; sister Elizabeth (Don) Brecht; along with many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.  Thaddeus was preceded in death by his father, James Art, and sister Melissa (Mike) DeVore.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Tuesday May 3, 2022 at St. Henry Catholic Church 2929 E Paulding Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46816 with calling 1 hour prior.  Burial will be immediately following Mass at Catholic Cemetery 3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805
